Introduction

Hong Kong PHAB Association was established on 19th October 1972, responsible for the overall coordination and promotion of PHAB work within the community. The missions of the Association are to promote equal participation, mutual respect and integration for persons with and without disabilities; to develop diversified and socially desirable services and activities, and to transform the "PHAB Integration" from a work approach to a lifestyle, so that the general public could embrace the concept of "PHAB Integration" in their everyday life.

Aim

To promote the social integration of people with and without disabilities while matching the development in social welfare services.

Service Scope:
The Association provides diversified services, including social and recreational service for the disabled, supported employment service for persons with disabilities and on CSSA, community support service, physical enhancement service for the disabled, physical fitness service, mobile physiotherapy service, elderly service, integrated children and youth service, supported hostel for persons with physical and mental disabilities, camp service, carers' support service and disabled youth development service.
