香港基督教培道聯愛會為一非牟利機構，於1903年成立，初期致力於福音事工，八十年代初，洞悉老人服務之重要，1981年於秀茂坪成立第一間老人中心，名為秀茂坪仁愛敬老中心，為秀茂坪區老人服務已有十多年之久，由於秀茂坪區之重建，本中心需遷往油塘區，改名為高超道仁愛敬老中心。為油塘區之老人提供服務。
