香港少年領袖團是一支志願性的青少年制服隊伍，於1995年9月4日成立，為前「皇家香港軍團(義勇軍)少年領袖團」之延續，並為一註冊慈善機構。
Aim
The Corps aims at providing adventurous and disciplined type of training with district military favour to develop young people aged between 11 and 17 by strengthening their character and leadership skills, promoting their qualities of responsibility, self-reliance, resourcefulness, endurance, perseverance and a sense of serving the community.
