Introduction

Founded in 1936, The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong (BGCA) has been established to serve children and youth throughout different eras with its need-specific and community-based services in its comprehensive service network.

Aim

1.To help children and youths attain well-balanced development 2.To nurture children and youths to become contributing citizens 3.To strengthen the functioning of families 4.To raise parental and social awareness of our younger generation’s welfare, particularly of disadvantaged groups. Through concerted efforts with service recipients and the general public, we strive for children’s and young people’s rights.

Service Scope:
In the past 78 years, we have built a comprehensive service network to provide vital assistance to children, young people and families. These services include: Integrated Children & Youth Services Centre, Camp Service, Pre-school Education, Small Group Home, Young Outreaching Social Work Team, Youth Employment Support Service, Family Life Education, School Social Service, counselling and hotline services, BGCA aims to provide needs-specific and community-based services. We also conduct original and in-depth research.
