Aim

To promote understanding and concern about problems faced by women and to eliminate discrimination against women

Service Scope:
1.Policy advocacy: meeting and lobbying with members of Legco, various government bureau; submitting position papers on various social issues base on “gender mainstreaming”principle to eliminate discrimination against women in legislation and social policies.
2.Public education: to eliminate gender stereotyping by various publications, websites, roadshow and exhibition , school talk, and media exposure.
3.Resource development: to enable easy access of gender equity information to the general public, we have developed “Women Resource Center”, a library for free public access.
4.Helpline on sex discrimination: to answer public enquiry regar
