香港肌健協會有限公司是一個神經-肌肉疾病患者及家屬服務的病人互助組織。協會前身為香港復康會社區復康網絡轄下的互助小組，於一九九八年成立，並於一九九九年正式註冊成為合法社團及稅務局免稅慈善團體;其後於二零一二年改以有限公司註冊。

Aim

Facilitate patients of Neuro-Muscular Disease and their carers to pursue a higher quality of life, and create them a better social environment.
