工聯康齡長者服務社是認可註冊慈善團體(1995)，致力提供適切及多元化的活動和服務以滿足長者需要，期望長者能夠「老有所為、老有所學、老有所樂」，讓長者有一個豐盛而健康的晚年。
工聯康齡社並沒有政府常規的資助，自資經辦了兩間長者活動中心，分別為「土瓜灣中心」和「翠屏中心」，為區內長者提供教育、訓練、義工服務、文娛康樂等活動。另一方面，本社與工聯會各屬會及地區服務處各自成立的長者組攜手合作舉辦多元化活動，服務老工友、老會員和社區長者，共同為長者福祉而努力。
Aim
The mission of elderly services is to enable our elders to live in dignity and to provide necessary support fo them to promote their sense of belonging, sense of security and sense of worthiness.
