本團契成立於一九八九年四月。現任總幹事馮都新弟兄，蒙神福音的大能，在脫離毒品後，相繼邀請多位對福音戒毒事工有負擔的傳道人，一同成立基督教得生團契。並於同年組成董事會，向政府申請辦理註冊手續，於一九八九年十一月廿一日正式註冊為非牟利有限公司。

Aim

It aims at helping male drug abusers aged under 25 to get rid of drugs. Based upon the Christian faith and belief, "Youth Gospel Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Integrated Training" modality is adopted to help the residents to achieve holistic recoveries, which includes building up good character, reconciling with families and getting ready for re-integrating into the society.
