Introduction

Care For Your Heart was founded in 1995 by a group of heart disease patients and their families, and has been registered as a non profit making charitable organization. The cooperation of the members help heart disease patients actively face heart disease. In 1998, Care For Your Heart set up the first cardiac patient support and resource center, which was moved to Central in 2001. It is committed to providing comprehensive heart health and rehabilitation services for patients and the public.

Aim

To promote mutual support and self-help among cardiac patients and family members for betterment in heart health and well being of life.
